We’ll meet for a 1hr video call. Afterwards we’ll send you a recap, transcript, and recording.
This can be purchased as a single 1hr call, weekly calls, or monthly calls.
We’ll meet for 30 minutes to discuss your goals and you’ll fill it out an intake form with background on your company, product, and sales history (if any). We’ll use this provided information, sales channels, and our future projections to determine the best formula for base pay, commission, and bonuses.
You’ll receive a written and video explanation of your new compensation structure.
CRM AND TECH SELECTION & SETUP
Your technology is the single most important piece to competing in today’s sales environment. A good setup can turn one rep into ten. But due to how much you can do with tech nowadays, it’s much harder to select and setup on your own.
We’ve spent hundreds of hours researching and implementing CRMs, lead generation (targeting) tools, and other sales and marketing automation tools.
Sales Coaching is best for those who already have a good setup but need to develop selling skills and technique in reps.
We’ll listen to recorded sales calls then meet with the rep for one hour per week. Afterwards we’ll send a recap, transcript, and recording.
