Active listening

Listening to hear what another person is saying without the intent of making your own point.

Active listening means listening to hear what another person is saying without the intent of making your own point. You want to be attentive, empathetic, and fully engaged.

Active listening allows you to be more targeted in your responses. The more you look at listening as action that will help you close more sales, the more you’ll be interested in actually listening to what the client tells you.
