Call architecture

A dynamic sales call script in the form of a flow chart.

Call architectures are visual sales call scripts in the form of flow charts. Old school text-only scripts only account for limited variables and are tough to follow, whereas call architectures can account for unlimited scenarios, variables and objections.

Call architectures provide play-by-play instructions for conducting sales calls and include an example of what the sales rep should say in each situation, a breakdown of each component in the ideal response, and an explanation for why each response is ideal.

Call architectures are an important training tool for all sales teams. Combined with call review that compares recorded sales calls to the desired call architecture, there’s no better way to improve on-call skills of sales reps. This is especially important in industries with complex sales calls and sales processes.
