Email warm up
Preparing a new email address for cold prospecting.
Email warm up is a service that prepares new email addresses or email domains for cold prospecting. It does this by mimicking the behavior of a real person that just received a new email address: sending emails back and forth to real people outside of your company, having recipients remove your email from a spam folder if it winds up in spam, sending more and more emails per day, marking emails as important, etc.
It takes around one month to warm up a new email address to the point where it’s able to send 50 emails per day without being flagged as spam by Gmail, Outlook and others.
