Enforcement

Enforcing duties, quotas and rules of the sales process.

Enforcement means that there’s consequences when sales reps (or managers) don’t adhere to the sales process or follow job responsibilities.

All sales teams must enforce their sales process and job responsibilities. If substandard performance is accepted and no one is held accountable — if there are no consequences — that poor performance becomes the new standard.
