Integrations

Automation between separate sales technologies.

Integrations increase efficiency by automating tasks between different sales technologies. In sales, this typically means integrating your CRM with other software like targeting tools or production software.

Native integrations are integrations between two apps that the developers have already worked out and included as an option in their software. These are easiest to configure but have limited functionality.

Third party automation tools like Zapier and IFTTT are no-code tools that may provide more functionality than native integrations, but require more configuration and testing.
