Lead Generation Reps

Responsible for finding leads and their contact information.

These sales operations reps find leads based on a target demographic and compile their contact information. Lead information is passed onto the next group of reps (usually SDRs), who can then efficiently call on targeted leads with a high chance of closing.

VA’s can do targeting / lead generation responsibilities when the workload is light, but with growing sales organizations who value many datapoints in the targeting process, a dedicated lead generation rep is a good investment that keeps prospecting reps (e.g. SDR’s) laser-focused on outreach.
