Mapping calls

A phone call or email where you learn about the structure of a lead’s company.

A mapping call is a phone call or email where you learn from a lead about their company, how their business structure works, decision maker or gatekeeper names, etc.

Any companies series about building healthy sales pipelines, especially in relationship-driven industries, should take the time to properly define mapping calls and set up a transparent way of tracking them.
