Personalized emails

Emails that only customize limited data points like first name, company name, etc.

Personalized cold emails include the lead’s name, company name, industry, or other simple (typically one-word) data points in the email body or subject.

These have a slightly higher response rate than non-personalized emails and can be fully automated with properly formatted lead data.

All outbound prospectors should, at a minimum, send personalized emails instead of non-personalized emails. If higher response rates are necessary, hyper-personalized emails are a better yet more time-consuming option.
