Post-call sales tasks
Tasks for reps to perform after sales calls.
Post-call tasks give closure to the call and set up the next call or tasks. They’re separate from follow-up tasks and depend on how you ended the previous call. The two important post-call sales tasks are:
1) post-call emails that summarize the call and provide clear instructions for what each party needs to do to advance the sales process
2) calendar invites for the next meeting (if necessary)
