Removing tasks

Removing operational tasks from sales reps to increase efficiency.

When trying to increase sales team efficiency, if there's no good way to automate or simplify a task, the final option is to re-assign these tasks internally (sales operations reps, assistants, less-experienced sales reps, SDRs) or externally (virtual assistants, freelancers).

When removing tasks, consider looking at:
1. Simple tasks that can be outsourced without lowering sales quality
2. Time-consuming tasks that may lose quality but save significant time

Companies who have already tried automating and simplifying tasks, and whose stales reps still spend under 80% of their time selling, need to find ways to remove tasks by reassigning internally or outsourced externally.
