Situational questions
Questions that reveal situational information.
Situational questions tell you about the situation the customer is in. They have no inherent impact on convincing someone to buy from you, but they’re required to establish the situation.
Situational questions open the door to ask follow-up problem questions and impact questions, which are more likely to influence persuasion.
