Terminating reps

Parting with sales reps.

While unfortunate, high-performing sales organizations are quicker to terminate underperforming sales reps.

In order of sooner (right away) vs. later, reps are usually terminated for these reasons:
- lack of effort
- lack of sales skills
- poor performance
